POLYQUIP offers Multiple Effect Evaporation Systems based on thermo- compression and the latest technology. The Systems also consist of special heat recovery systems resulting in minimum energy consumption per ton of water evaporated.

Salient features include forced circulation type external calendria systems which make the Plant compact and increase the life of the plant due to self cleaning action by preventing scale formation. The systems are tailor made to suitable steam pressure in the factory and also the feed conditions and the extent of concentration required.

The completely computerized system design canoptimise process conditions and design of the plant to yield most minimum energy consumption for various feed conditions and parameters. Can offer in M. S./S. S. 304/S. S. 316 and other material of construction. It is truly continuous feed and with-drawls. Can incorporate sophisticated instrumentations and controls to make the plant automatic depending on individual requirements.

Ideally suited to chemical, pharmaceutical, dye intermediates, sugar concentration of sweet water, for glycerine, etc.
