MULTIPLE EFFECT EVAPORATION PLANTS FOR ZERO DISCHARGE

POLYQUIP offers energy efficient multiple effect evaporation plant for various effluent streams and reduce the quantity of effluent to almost 5 to 10% followed by incineration to achieve zero discharge. In view of the high efficiency and low cost of processing, it can be used by almost all process plants like chemical, dyes, sugar,  pharmaceuticals,  intermediates ,  paper and allied industries,  where large quantity of effluents are generated.

The plant uses state of the art technology and computerized design and optimization. The plant being compact requires very less space for installation for handling large volumes of effluents. The plant is built in sizes of 25, 50, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 KL / day utilizing either steam or thermic fluid as heating media.

Waste heat or exhaust steam can also be used.
